and I met with a representative of the developer who has made
A conditional
offer to purchase the plaza and would like to build stacked townhouses
on the site.
Gary and I
voiced some concerns about the impact on the adjacent single family homes
and they
promised to address those concerns and come back with a revised plan.
Please
understand we have been invited to take part from the beginning, and will keep
the neighbourhood informed.
